1. Acceptance of Terms

4. Limitation of Liability

5. Order Approval and Refusal

Once an order has entered carrier transportation, certain circumstances may fall outside the direct control of Green Labs Peps, including:

• Lost or misrouted packages.
• Delivery interruptions caused by weather, holidays, labour disruptions, or other carrier events.
• Product degradation or damage caused by improper environmental exposure or handling after delivery.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information, monitoring shipment tracking, receiving orders promptly, and storing products appropriately after delivery.

7. Returns and Refunds

Due to the nature of research compounds and laboratory materials, all sales are generally final. Green Labs Peps generally cannot accept returns or exchanges once an order has been shipped when product handling, storage, or integrity can no longer be verified.

A refund, replacement, or other resolution may be considered by Green Labs Peps in qualifying circumstances including:

• Incorrect products received.
• Products damaged during shipment.
• Missing products from a confirmed order.
• Qualifying delivery issues confirmed through applicable carrier information.
